There are two main embossing processes for 3D embossing machines, flat embossing and embossing.
In order to ensure the quality of the embossing, in the process of using the 3D embossing machine, you need to pay attention to the following details:
First, during the heating of the mold of the 3D embossing machine, it should be noted that the upper and lower molds must not be separated, but should be heated together. This is because the separation of the mold will cause the temperature of the upper and lower molds to be different, so that the mold will be affected by the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. Producing a wrong model phenomenon;
Second, when heating, the specific heating temperature should be determined in combination with the characteristics of the processed product. It should not be blinded to think that the temperature is high, it will be good, and if the temperature is too high, the material will be perforated;
Third, the balance of the 3D embossing machine should be adjusted accurately. Otherwise, the error of one millimeter will also lead to the occurrence of defective products.
