This lab roll press machine is an ideal hot rolling press for adjusting thickness and increasing active material density of the electrode in Li-Ion batteries research after coating and drying.
2. This model Electric calender is mainly used for small electrodes in the rolling process, suitable for use by universities and enterprises experiment line, make the battery electrode compression molding, increased density.
3. It has a pair of 200mm width steel rollers. Such a roller can be heated up to 130℃.

This roller is specially designed for battery R&D in terms of its advantages
as affordable, compact and precise.
1 Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting
2 Coated Rust-proof oil if machine were to be unused for a long period of time
3 The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property
of the materials.
If no big problem, the machine can use for 10-15 years. And the rollers just need to be regrinded , the machine can be used for 10-15 years again.

The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, we grants a prompt action to solve the problem.
2.Installation & maintenance
We will send one or two engineers to the Buyer’s factory to help the Buyer for the installation and commissioning of the production line at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance, round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers and translator. The installation and commissioning will take around 15 days to one month according to different production lines.
A. To introduce the characteristics of products, solve the questions raised by customers in brief and record the special requirements of customers.
B. To supply several choices to customers for reference according to the requirements of customers and offer prices depending on different solution.
C. To decide the final scheme and sign the contract.
D. According to the final Scheme, organize the operation and offer customers the installation drawing. Send the engineer to prospect on spot, if necessary.
E. After the equipment arrives on site, our engineer shall provide a free instruction in erection on site, debugging after installation and technical training.
